Meeting rooms and conference facilities at BGS in Keyworth
The BGS has a conference suite and well-equipped meeting rooms at its Keyworth office near Nottingham. Rooms can be hired by the day or half-day.
Our meeting rooms accommodate between 12 and 50 people, while the De la Beche Conference Suite seats up to 150. We offer competitive rates, in-house buffet catering and free car parking; making BGS Keyworth an ideal venue for hosting meetings, training days and conferences.

De la Beche Conference Suite
The De la Beche Conference Suite is a contemporary venue for conferences and business meetings. The lecture theatre seats up to 150, approximately 50 in cabaret style or boardroom for 32 delegates. Audio-visual equipment is included in the cost and poster boards and flip charts are available.
There are two small rooms adjacent to the lecture theatre. These rooms are equipped with Smartboards and may be used for breakout meetings.
If you are planning to have a small exhibition, our Exhibition Space can be hired separately. We can provide tables and poster boards, or help you find the right company to build a shell scheme for your exhibition. There is a small courtyard outside this room — perfect for catering or networking on a sunny day!

We offer a variety of buffet lunch options, as well as refreshments throughout the day. Download the Buffet menu or contact us if you would like to discuss other options.
